Kleeneze Getting Started Guide

STEP 1 Preparation

Once you complete the registration with Kleeneze, you will receive a welcome pack containing a Retailing/Sponsoring DVD. Please watch this DVD as this will help when preparing to retail. You will also receive a Business Starter Kit with following contents. You should receive this within 2 working days of registration.

• Main catalogues x50
• Health & Beauty Catalogue x50
• Specialogue x50
• Order forms x100
• Snap cat bags x50
• Sorry I Missed You cards x50
• Address sticker labels with your name and distributor number

Affix one of your address labels to each of your Order Forms and at least one of your catalogues in the space provided

To create a Catalogue pack you will need to select one of each of the following (in any order):

• Order form x1
• Health & Beauty Catalogue x1
• Season Catalogue x1
• Main Book x1

Pack the contents into a Snap cat Bag with the Order Form at the back

Repeat this process until all your Catalogues have been prepared.

STEP 2 Distributing your Catalogues

a)Plan your route before you start retailing remember to take your Retailing Book and pen.

b)Travel to an area where you wish to begin distributing (why not start on the street you live on?)

c)Begin to distribute Catalogue packs (start with the first house on the street so as not to get confused later on).

d)Take note of the houses you are delivering catalogues to using your Retailing Book (this will make collecting catalogues much easier).

e)When you finish distributing catalogues on one street, simply continue onto the next (be sure not to miss out any houses - every household is a potential customer)

STEP 3 Collecting your Catalogues

a)Return to the area you distributed Catalogues. Make sure you take plenty of Call Again Cards (Sorry I missed You).

b)Begin to collect your Catalogue packs. If there are no Catalogue packs outside a house, leave a Call Again slip informing the owner when you will be returning.

c)Take note of the houses you have collected packs from and also the ones you haven't using your Retailing Book (this is so you know which houses to go back to for a second attempt of Collection)

d)Return for a second attempt of collection on the date stated on your Call Again slip

e)Check the Order Forms as you go to ensure all details such as address are correct.

STEP 4 Ordering your products

a)When you have collected your Catalogues, sort through them and pick out any orders.

b)If you are Internet Registered, log onto the DSA to place your order. If not speak to your order. You can access internet order site at https://www.orderkleeneze.co.uk

c)You can also order Kleeneze carrier bags to pack your customer orders which will cost £2 per 100 bags

STEP 5 Order Receipt

a)Your order will be delivered to your door by Kleeneze nominated carrier. Please allow 2 days to arrive your ordered items.

Check the number of parcels against the driver's dockets before signing. Amend and sign as appropriate

Unpack your order and check the contents alongside the delivery note enclosed in the boxes.

Sort your products to correspond with the Order Forms and where necessary pack them up using Kleeeneze bags or boxes.

a)Organise a cash float for yourself in case any of your customeres require change, (for your customer's protection, card details can not be accepted as payment)

b)Deliver orders to the relevant households collecting payment from customers.

c)If a customer is not at home leave a Sorry I Missed You Card. You can order these cards for £0.30 per pack.
